Millionaires Shortbread

The weather was just telling me to stay in and bake today, so we got our bake on in style with this vintage little beauty Millionaire Shortbread. After the making, which is a bit of an ordeal, (30 minutes of stirring) we sat and ate them by the window with the rain lashing down...some how it made them taste oh so much better.
